(Except for projects which are prohibited and subject to authorization before registration by law, administrative regulations or a decision of the State Council, licensed to operate are digital equipment, computer hardware and hardware and their external features, security and surveillance products (the safety technology protection products are subject to a certificate or licence to operate), electronics and the production of communications equipment.
