General operating projects are: the development, design and sale of sensors, transducers, transformation modules, detectors, analysers, alarms, testers, industrial control products; the repair of instrument instruments; the sale of instrument instruments; the sale of instruments for monitoring and detection of pollutants in water quality; the sale of specialized instruments for environmental monitoring; the sale of experimental analytical instruments; the wholesale distribution of electronic metaware; the retailing of electronic metaware; the sale of computers and systems for industrial control; the sale of software; software development; the integration of intelligent control systems; information technology advisory services; technical services, technology development, technical advice, technology exchange, technology transfer, technology promotion; and domestic trade agents. (In addition to projects subject to legal authorization, operating independently and on the basis of a legal licence, the licensed projects are: production of instrumentation instruments for monitoring and detection of pollutants in water quality; instrumentation of instrumentation; manufacture of instrumentation for environmental monitoring; manufacture of laboratory analytical instruments; manufacture of electronic devices; industrial control of computer and system manufacturing; production of sensors, transducers, transformation modules, detectors, analysers, alarms, testers, industrial controls; import and export of goods; and import and export of technology.
