Toshio City's Popular Plastics Co. Ltd. is a private high-technology enterprise that combines the design and manufacture of plastic moulds, retrofitting, dust-free spraying and product development and sale. The factory is located in the town of Tigermen, a well-traffic and well-manufactured city of East Timor. Established in 2003, after more than a decade of development, the company has grown into a full-scale chemical plant. Plants employ completely automated dustless workshops, are well equipped to produce and have a strong technical capacity. The plant covers an area of about 10,000 square metres and employs more than 200 people, more than 90 per cent of whom have more than 10 years of work experience. We have laboratories with state-of-the-art equipment for the manufacture, retro-formation, completely automatic dust-free spray workshops and advanced detection equipment. The plant has CNC processing centres of all levels, sparklers, line cutting, deep drills, slabs, car beds, grinding beds, three yuan. There are more than 30 single-colour retrofitters, double-colour retrofitters and specialized retrofitters from 35 to 1,000 tons. The molds and products we produce relate to various types of moulds in areas such as auto parts, household appliances, medical products, consumer daily goods, digital electronics, mobile phone accessories, etc.
